WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

I offer calm , nature-inspired wellness experiences designed to help reduce stress and support mental wellbeing in busy lives. For workplaces, I deliver virtual or in-person wellbeing sessions that help employees and teams pause, reset, learn new wellness tools and build resilience - improving focus and working to reduce burnout and most of all - supporting a healthier work culture. 

I also run an online sanctuary of gentle, self-paced courses and guided meditations designed to help individuals slow down, reflect, set goals and find joy in their lives - whenever they need it. 

Alongside this, I create thoughtful tools like journals and printable resources to bring moments of calm into everyday life.

I'm Soph - a writer, meditation guide, creator and community builder based in the Highlands of Scotland. I'm a qualified meditation guide and holistic joy and purpose life coach. I founded Sìth as a calm space for people who give a lot but crave a moment to breath and come home to themselves. My work blends wellness workshops, creativity, meditation and practical journaling prompts and wellbeing - my aim, to help others find balance, confidence, and joy in everyday life. I've worked in the wellness and health sector for the past 12 years combining mental health, workplace wellbeing, nature based health education, training, coaching and community health and wellness.

I believe self care isn't selfish or indulgent  - it's the foundation that lets us rise and create mgic from a place of fullness.
