The Calm Edit is a thoughtfully designed, science-backed wellbeing session created to support teams navigating pressure, change, and the fast pace of modern work.

Blending science, journaling, reflection and calm, it offers a rare pause — a space to reset, reconnect, and rediscover what lights us up. Through gentle activities and team conversations, participants explore how stress affects rhythm, how gratitude and trust support resilience, and how small, meaningful changes can improve team wellbeing in a lasting way.

Every attendee receives a beautifully designed Peaceful Pocket Guide — filled with calming tools, personal insights, and one small commitment to carry forward.

This isn’t just about wellness — it’s about creating workplaces where people feel calm, clear, and able to show up as their best selves.

It’s quiet, thoughtful, nature-inspired. Created in the Scottish Highlands, inspired by the wild landscape. A moment to re-centre — individually and together.

Available virtually or in person. Workshop includes a beautiful printed workbook and recorded meditation.
